Deposit Terms

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Deposits are not stored in a vault to be withdrawn. Every payment goes directly towards my cost of living, as well as time and resources spent on designing your tattoo.

The deposit holds your time slot and will be deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. After you submit your deposit you will receive an invitation to your appointment on my calendar that confirms your deposit has been received. Please allow 1-2 days for me to get that to you.

If you arrive over 15 minutes late to your appointment, the deposit will not be deducted from the cost of your tattoo, and there is a chance you will have to be rescheduled and put down another deposit to do so.

If you need to reschedule last-minute (within 48 hours of your appointment), you will also have to put down another deposit to do so. However, if you give me ample notice (more than 48 hours before your appointment) I am happy to reschedule you if something comes up, and you can apply your deposit to your new appointment time.

I allow for 1 reschedules (with at least 48 hour advance notice) for which I will hold your deposit. The reschedule date must be within one year from your initial appointment.

If you have recently been exposed to, have any symptoms of, or have any reason to believe that you may have a communicable illness, please let me know as soon as possible. I will honor your deposit for rescheduling up to one year from your original appointment date.

If you misread the booking calendar and accidentally book a date you didn’t want, you may reschedule, but your appointment stands and you cannot take your deposit back.

Deposits are only good for the design that this appointment has been booked for. If you change your mind before your appointment, you must leave a new deposit for the new design. If you do not provide me with the changes in enough time before your appointment, this could result in your appointment being rescheduled.

Lastly, If you no-call, no-show, you will not be able to re-book.

To be clear, deposits may be held/moved with proper advance notice of reschedule, but are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of circumstances.
